Cookie Policy & Preferences

Manage how XOHunt uses cookies. Last updated: July 2026

Manage your preferences

Choose which optional cookies you allow. Your choice is saved and recorded for compliance.

Strictly necessary

Required to sign in, keep you signed in, and remember your consent choice. These can't be turned off.

Analytics

Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Aggregated and never used to identify you.

Marketing

Used to measure and improve our campaigns. We don't currently run third-party ad cookies.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to keep the site working (for example, to sign you in) and, only with your consent, to help us understand and improve how XOHunt is used.

Your consent and your rights

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies at any time using the controls below — rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change or withdraw your choice whenever you like. We record each choice (what you consented to, when, and against which policy version) so we can honour it and evidence it. In India this is provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP); in the EU/UK and elsewhere under the GDPR and ePrivacy rules.

Data we log with your consent record

To maintain a valid, auditable record we store your choice, a timestamp, the policy version, the applicable framework and country (where available), and your IP address and browser user-agent. Necessary cookies don't require consent and are always on.

Contact & Grievance Officer

For any question about cookies or your personal data — including access, correction, or erasure requests — email hunter@xohunt.com. Our Grievance Officer under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) can be reached at the same address (attn: Grievance Officer, XOHunt); we acknowledge grievances within 72 hours and resolve them within the statutory period. To permanently delete your account and personal data, email us from your registered address — deletion is complete removal, not deactivation.
