Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using XOHunt, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Confidentiality and the alias system
Executive profiles are shown to clients under a generated alias and icon avatar until the executive accepts a connection request from that client. Clients agree not to attempt to identify, contact outside the platform, or de-anonymize an executive whose identity has not been revealed to them.
Connections and engagements
XOHunt facilitates introductions between clients and executives. Connection requests, meetings, and any resulting engagement are between the client and the executive directly. XOHunt is not a party to, and is not responsible for the terms, performance, or outcome of, any engagement.
Fees
Any fee ranges shown on an executive's profile are indicative and set by the executive. Actual fees, payment terms, and invoicing are agreed directly between the client and the executive outside the platform unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
XOHunt and its logo, design, and content are owned by XOHunt. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your profile information), and grant us a license to display it on the platform as part of providing the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
XOHunt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy of profile information, the availability of any executive, or the outcome of any engagement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XOHunt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
You may stop using XOHunt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the alias system, or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XOHunt operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of XOHunt after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
